This Business Sustainability & Continuity Funding Programme is one of BEDC’s key business financing tools created in response to the significant impact of Covid-19 on Bermuda’s local small and medium-sized businesses. The Bermuda Government, BEDC’s Board of Directors, and BEDC recognize the economic impact Covid-19 has had with local businesses, and in response, has developed this additional funding programme.

Webinar: How to Complete the Business Continuity Funding Documentation
|
BEDC team members, Erica Smith, Ray Jones & Colina Outerbridge will walk through how to complete the Business Continuity Funding Documentation for all of the products, including direct micro loans, relief grants, as well as BEDC guaranteed bank loans and overdrafts. You will learn how to produce the cash flow projections and complete the profit and loss statements that are needed to process your application.

This workshop, presented by the Catalyst Group, will help businesses adapt existing processes and operating models to afford a low touch environment. From online sales and distribution channels and delivery systems to retail buying, the workshop will work with participants to map customised strategies to support immediate business adaptation.
Management and training of employees within a new normal that requires a high level of personalised "contactless" customer service. Will develop the idea of segmented marketing eg. seniors and members of the "vulnerable" class. The 2 part hands on workshop will equip participants with the tools they need to move forward within this new service model.
