A New Cohort Begin for Entrepreneurship 101 |
Attendees have begun to learn the basics of small business management and creating a business plan, in this eight-week course facilitated by Ray Lambert, Director of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises at BEDC. This course will help attendees to understand what is required to start a business in Bermuda and take them through each component of building a business plan. The course includes guest experts and testimonies from entrepreneurs. We can't wait to assist a new group of entrepreneurs get their businesses off the ground! |

On Friday, August 20th the BEDC hosted a Meet & Greet on the City Hall Lawn for the participants of its Summer Student Entrepreneurship Programme. Participants introduced their businesses to the community and also gained valuable experience selling and promoting their goods and services. The Honorable Premier, David Burt, JP, MP and The Honorable Walter Roban, JP, MP joined the students on the lawn to impart words of encouragement and inspired our young people to learn and succeed through enterprise.
