GO Mobility Hubs Employment Vision
As Burlington transitions from a suburban to an urban community, the city plans to focus future population growth in our Mobility Hubs. The three GO Station Mobility Hubs will become a major focus of employment with the potential to add up to 64,000 jobs in a modern environment that appeals to innovative companies and the workforce of the future.

To ensure Burlington is positioned to attract jobs and companies to our GO Mobility Hubs, BEDC is developing a GO Mobility Hubs Employment Vision. During 2018 BEDC engaged over 40 stakeholders and conducted best practice analysis to support the development of an employment vision and implementation strategy for the hubs, which will align with the City of Burlington's overall vision.

Based on this work BEDC developed draft guiding principles, which will be enhanced and finalized through continuous stakeholder engagement and research. Read more about the Mobility Hub Employment Vision background and the draft guiding principles
