As of January 11, Napa County has administered 4,609 COVID-19 vaccines. And thanks to Governor Newsom's Million Doses Initiative for the State of California, Napa County will be receiving 10,000 doses by Friday. We have already received a portion of these and are awaiting the rest. At the moment, we are administering vaccinations in Phase 1A, Tiers 1-3 with Tier 1 nearly finished. And, to make sure we are not wasting any doses, we plan to start Phase 1B, Tier 1 as soon as next week. We continue to ramp up our efforts to ensure continuous vaccinations and that we don't miss anyone. We opened up a drive-thru vaccination clinic this week, we are expanding partnerships with local healthcare providers and pharmacies, engaging industry/sector partners and our staff are going through lists and making calls.
