There is a season and a time for every purpose under heaven. The new year is not only a time of making decisions about, the experiences you want to have, whom you want to become as a person, and how you will show up in the world but it is also it is a time of reflection.

As we reflect back on 2022 we have the opportunity to celebrate our many accomplishments. Recently, I was presented with the idea to keep an accomplishment journal and/or to take the photos that we have stored on our phones and create a file of the past year. Reigniting the magic of those moments when we felt feelings of joy, empowerment, gratitude, or being unstoppable reminds us of who we really are in the midst of all the changes that we face in our lives today.

We are constantly barraged via the media or conversation with others with messages of the those things that are wrong. This simple task helps us to remember who we are at our core and the goodness that lives within each of us. It reminds us of our purpose and our passions. Are we perfect? Heck no! We are a work in progress and we are perfect at the moment. Life is a series of moments.

The new year is a time to cast away stones and a time to gather stones together. As we reflect back on the previous year it is an excellent time to evaluate our beliefs and ask the question of ourselves if those things we hold onto are still serving us. Have we become greater than when we first adopted this belief? Are we still unconsciously behaving as though we never progressed? What are we embracing? What should we eliminate going into this next year? Out with the old and in with the new!

Life will prsent challenges. What challenges did you experience and what did you learn from them? Perhaps your reflection of the year includes the pain of not being successful in your endeavors or the loss of a loved one. Everything has its season. There are times of sowing and reaping, gain and loss. Failure is not the opposite of success, its a part of success. Just as the winter becomes spring and the spring becomes summer and the summer becomes fall, we too are ever evolving. Recognizing that life is happening for us, not to us. It important that we find the blessing in the difficult times. Your mess might end up being someone else's message one day! Turn ... Turn ... Turn!

As we venture into the new year let's look for those things that are right about us, others, BEMER and the world. In doing so we will not only feel blessed but we will be blessed and we will contribute to world by showing up as a beacon of light. Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me!

So, keep the good stuff ... toss the stuff that no longer serves you. Dedicate yourself to being your best self today ... and each and everyday. Allow yourself to make mistakes and find the blessings as you do. Turn ... Turn ... Turn!

You have been a blessing to us and it has been a blessing to get to know so many of you on many different levels as we have served in the capacity of Regional Directors. Rembember that there is a time and a purpose for all things under heaven and though this will be offically our offically last monthly newsletter to the Region, we want you to embrace change with all your hearts and trust the process of evolution.

Live 2023 with intentionality. Live each day with the feeling of excitement as you draw those experiences you wish to create to yourself. Be appreciative of both the good times and the less desireable moments. Treat them both the same. Wayne Dyer said, "I am realistic ... I expect Miracles." Let this be your new mantra, if you choose.
