Back pain is a common issue that stems from many different causes. You may be suffering daily from pain in your back, neck, and hips from a desk job or from a profession that requires strenuous physical labour. Maybe you're suffering from the aftermath of an injury or accident, and can't participate in daily activities like you used to. Back pain can also be caused by chronic conditions such as arthritis, degenerative spine, or sciatica.
This program will give relief to tight muscles, strengthen the core , and relieve pain, All clients are encouraged to work at their own pace. The instructors will know each client's specific needs and necessary modifications.
