Upcoming BEUDO Hearing
On November 22 at 12:30 p.m., the Economic Development and University Relations Committee will conduct a public meeting to receive an update on the BEUDO amendments from the Community Development Department and a discussion of the environmental and economic impact of BEUDO on residential, business and academic properties and communities.

The meeting will be held in-person at the Sullivan Chamber (795 Massachusetts Ave), with a remote option available to those who do not wish to attend in person.

Information, links to register for public comment, and links for viewing the meeting can be found on the City Calendar event page.
How To Spot Official Letters
Recently, the City received reports regarding a marketing letter from a third party. This was not an official letter from the City of Cambridge, and may have included inaccurate information about your BEUDO reporting status. The organization that sent the letters is not affiliated with the City.

We want to assure you that we will only contact you about your reporting status via email from an official City of Cambridge address, or by mail on official letterhead.

If you have questions about your compliance status, please reach out to the BEUDO Helpdesk: BEUDO@cambridgema.gov or 617-250-4205.
