Stolen Fuel

If you suspect that gas has been stolen from your van, please follow these steps:
  • Call the police non-Emergency number
  • Call Vanpool at 509.943.5442
  • Send an Event Report to the Vanpool Department. (The Event Report is located behind the POLICIES tab of your van’s binder.)
Driving at Night

With the end of Daylight Savings Time, we are spending more time driving in the dark. Compromised night vision, reduced visibility, fatigue, rush hour and impaired drivers all contribute to making driving at night more dangerous
than any other time. According to the National Safety Council, the risk of a fatal crash is three times greater at night.
Rush Hour
Evening rush hour (between 4 p.m. and
7 p.m. weekdays) during the winter is a dangerous time to drive due to crowded roadways and drivers eager to get home after work.
