We would like to say a huge thank you to Panda Express for providing us the opportunities to continue to help the South SLO youth who need us the most to achieve academic greatness. Some ways we have been supporting our youth academically this year is with a program called PowerHour where we provide time for the youth to complete their homework afterschool as well as providing enriching and fun activities for them to do that support their learning. We have also introduced a fun online program called MyFuture which teaches the youth 21st century skills like technology and media literacy, collaboration, critical thinking, social skills, leadership, communication, and creativity.
