We're serving more kids than ever! On this Giving Tuesday, your support is needed more than ever!

The reopening of our Clubhouse marks a new beginning—and your support makes it possible.

While membership remains just $75 per child per year, the true cost of providing programs and mentorship is $2,300 per child. Your donation bridges that gap and ensures that every Greenwich child has access to life-changing opportunities.

Thank you for believing in our mission and helping us empower every child to reach their full potential.

Building Great Futures

Reimagined. Rebuilt. Ready!

On September 30, we proudly cut the ribbon on the newly renovated Rebecca S. Breed Clubhouse, marking a new chapter in our 115-year history! More than 250 guests—including donors, alumni, and community partners—joined us to celebrate and tour our expanded 63,000 sq. ft. facility, which now includes:

  • New academic spaces
  • A regulation-size gymnasium
  • A teen center & café
  • An outdoor amphitheater
  • …and so much more!

“This is a testament to what we can accomplish together,” said CEO Cristina Vittoria.

Thank you for helping us honor our history while creating an even brighter future for Greenwich youth.

Teens in Action

Teens on the Move

Our teens continue to lead by example!

Keystone Club members supported the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s Community Walk in Westport, helping set up, lead the route, and create a “Why I Walk” banner and rock garden of hope.

Youth of the Year candidates enjoyed a once-in-a-lifetime experience watching the NY Mets defeat the LA Angels from the owner’s suite—thanks to the Steven & Alexandra Cohen Foundation.

Teens to Watch

Congratulations to Steven, Calijah, and Camdyn, all BGCG alumni, for being named to Greenwich Magazine’s 2025 Teens to Watch! Their leadership, character, and drive show the lasting impact of a Club experience. Once a Club kid, always a Club kid.

Lighting the Way: Sally Lawrence Recognized for Her Service

We are proud to share that Sally Lawrence, a dedicated member of the Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich Board of Directors, has been honored with a Light a Fire award in the November issue of Greenwich Magazine.

For decades, Sally has quietly helped shape the futures of countless Club kids through her leadership on our Scholarship Committee—pairing financial support with steady encouragement and a belief in every child’s potential. Her impact is felt in the accomplishments of the many young people she has helped guide toward college and beyond.

In the Greenwich Magazine feature, Sally reflects on what inspires her service and the joy she finds in supporting Club members as they pursue their goals. Her story embodies the spirit of the Light a Fire award: celebrating neighbors who show up, lift others, and transform lives with compassion and purpose.

Congratulations, Sally. Your work lights the way for all of us.

Summer Camps Create Lasting Memories

This summer, nearly 650 youth explored, learned, and grew through unforgettable experiences at Camp Simmons and Teen Camp.

At Camp Simmons, campers hiked woodland trails, kayaked across the pond, and discovered local wildlife while learning water safety and conservation. Creativity flourished in daily art classes, and Summer Brain Gain kept minds active with hands-on science experiments. Fridays brought everyone’s favorite tradition—Celebrity Chefs—who cooked up delicious camp cookouts.

At Teen Camp, fun met purpose through leadership workshops, teamwork challenges, and field trips to water parks, beaches, and bowling alleys. Campers built confidence, deepened friendships, and made memories that will last a lifetime.

Next summer promises even more excitement as Clubhouse Camp returns to our beautifully renovated facility!
