ShuttleMe App Lets Springfield-based Employees See Shuttle Arrival Times
| |
Employees asked for an app to ease their shuttle travel and it has arrived! Starting Tuesday, Jan. 16, Springfield-based employees will be able to track shuttle arrival times with the new ShuttleMe app. Team members will see estimated arrival times for shuttles that travel between Baystate Medical Center, Center (C) Lot, N Lot, and 280 Chestnut locations. A pilot group of employees provided feedback in the design of this app which was enhanced based on their feedback. The app will be available for download from the Baystate Health App Store on Tuesday, Jan. 16 or on your computer from The HUB.
Using the ShuttleMe app is easy as 1-2-3:
- Sign in with your Baystate Health network username and password.

Help Keep Our Voicemail System Secure
A Message From the Informatics & Technology, Information Security and Telecommunications Departments
| |
Due to a recent security event in our voicemail network, the Telecommunications and Information Security teams took actions to block this behavior and prevent future activity. As a result, steps were taken to remove weak voicemail passcodes, such as 12345 or 0000, and actions were taken to expire your passcode. If you fell into one of these categories, you will need to change it to a stronger passcode. The new format of passcodes is to help us keep our voicemail system more secure.
