Annual performance reviews provide valuable feedback and evaluation and serve as a catalyst for employees to align their goals with organizational objectives, nurture their skill development, and propel their career growth. These reviews create an environment of open and transparent communication, fostering engagement and accountability. By embracing the insights gained from these reviews, employees can unlock their full potential and drive organizational success.
The first step in the Annual Performance Review process is to complete your self-evaluation, which can be found in Workday and is due on Friday, December 1.

Redesigned BaystateHealth.org Coming in 2024

Baystate Health is getting a fully upgraded website next year—and you will get to go behind the scenes with our digital team to learn more about the re-launch of our health system’s website.
BaystateHealth.org is currently undergoing a large-scale redesign, which will rebuild the website from the ground up. Expected to debut in the spring of 2024, the new website is the culmination of a multi-year effort to create a more modern look, address software and integration limitations, and ensure a consumer-first experience. These changes to our website will reinforce the high quality and caliber of care that Baystate Health team members provide.

- Duty to Report Criminal, Illegal or Unethical Conduct and Fraud, Waste or Abuse (False Claims Act) Policy (BC 1.400)
- Sanctions Screening Policy (BC 1.400)
- Capital Policy (BC 5.160)

PDI Bleach Wipes on Backorder
Substitute Product is Available Now

Dispatch (bleach) wipes used for cleaning and disinfection of contaminated surfaces are currently on backorder.
The Supply Chain department was able to find an alternate product (PDI Sani Cloth Bleach) with similar ingredients as Dispatch. Please let your teams know about this alternate product for the time being.
Note: Wet time for the PDI Sani Cloth Bleach is four minutes.
