Alleys in Cape Fear Station
Several property owners have contacted BHA about the alley assessments BHA is required to collect to maintain the alleys in Cape Fear Station. CLICK HERE to learn why the alley assessment has always been an obligation of alley owners and how BHA is working to help eliminate that assessment.
