Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and Community Wide Standards (CWS) Committee

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and Community Wide Standards (CWS) Committee are holding a volunteer drop-in on Monday, September 12, 2022, from 9:30-11:00am at BHA's Association Center (111 Lighthouse Wynd). Join us to meet current committee members and BHA staff to learn more about the important work of these two committees. We want YOU!

BHA Office Closed for Labor Day

The BHA office will be closed on Monday, September 5, 2022, in observance of Labor Day. The office will reopen on Tuesday, September 6, 2022. BHA's general office hours are 9:00am-4:00pm, and the ARC office is open by appointment only. For ARC appointments, email Sharon Beasley, ARC Associate, at sharon@baldheadassociation.com).

Monthly BHA Board Meetings
BHA's Board of Directors invites property owners and others to view its monthly public meetings remotely via Zoom. Board meetings are typically held the second Friday of each month beginning at 11:00am EDT. Agendas, approved minutes of previous meetings and a link to the current monthly Zoom meeting can be found on the meeting information web page. Click on the link below to learn more.

The next regular BHA Board meeting public session will be Friday, September 9, 2022, at 11:00am.
