BHA congratulates John Kinney for being re-elected and Joe Brawner for being newly elected to the BHA Board of Directors. We appreciate all candidates who ran. Outgoing Board member and former BHA Board President John Fisher received a certificate for his live oak Honor Tree planted on Bald Head Island. BHA thanks John Fisher for his many years of service and dedication.

The membership passed all of the proposed changes to BHA's Bylaws and Covenants. Thank you to all members for voting.

BHA's virtual Annual Meeting was well attended on Saturday, January 29, and was full of information about BHA and other BHI organizations, including the Village of BHI, Old Baldy Foundation, Village Chapel of BHI, BHI Limited, Public Service Auxiliary (PSA), BHI Conservancy and BHI and Shoals Clubs. Immediately following the Annual Meeting, the new Board of Directors met and voted its officers for 2022. Alan Briggs remains the President, John Kinney remains the Vice President and Robert Drumheller remains the Secretary/Treasurer.
