BHA Special Board Meeting
Tuesday, June 7, 2022

A Special Meeting of the BHA Board of Directors will be held Tuesday, June 7, 2022, beginning at 1:30pm. The Board will focus on a general discussion of BHI Limited's announced sale of its transportation assets, operations and associated real estate assets relating to the Island to SharpVue Capital and the pending NC Utilities Commission (NCUC) litigation. The meeting will be public from 1:30-2:00pm. At 2:00pm, the Board will go into Executive Session for a privileged attorney conference. As is the case at all BHA Board meetings, there is time for member comments at the end of Board meetings, and your comments are always welcome. Click HERE for the meeting agenda.

Board meetings are typically held the second Friday of each month beginning at 11:00am EDT.
