News
Wildlife Overlook Opening
BHA is excited to announce the opening of its Wildlife Overlook this coming weekend. This is a quiet area to observe wildlife in their natural habitat, so please respect and enjoy quietly. The Wildlife Overlook is open from dawn to dusk.

BHA will hold a grand opening ceremony on Friday, September 10, 2021, at 10:00am. Join us to celebrate the reopening of this special area. Come and check out the brand new observation decks overlooking the lagoon, try out the bench on the bird-viewing platform and read the first round of educational signs. Note that additional vegetation will be placed once Duke Energy completes its work on its equipment in the area and that additional educational signage will be added in the future.
