BHBA Startup Law Initiative

The BHBA Startup law Initiative intends to provide practical legal resources to the startup community through a series of carefully designed webinars offered in two parts, a list of selected texts, and a library of downloadable reference materials.

Through a series of webinars with scheduled question and answer periods, cohorts of founders, managers and advisors of startups will be informed about basic legal requirements and best practices for establishing and growing innovative enterprises.

About the Tax and Business Law Sections

The Tax law section is chaired by Michele F. L. Weiss. The section covers all areas of federal, state, and local taxation. As tax issues affect all other areas of practice, this section often holds joint meetings with other sections on topics of mutual interest.
