CBHA Recognizes Pride Month and Provides Legislative Updates
Greetings Colleagues!
Happy Pride Month! In 2009, President Obama declared the month of June as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Pride Month. This month, also recognized by the United Kingdom and Canada, is an annual observance of LGBTQ history and the history of the gay rights and related civil rights movements. CBHA recognizes our myriad member organizations and our partner organizations in the behavioral health community that provide services to individuals who represent the LGBTQ community.
CBHA Sponsored Proposals Update
