It's back to school time at Boys Hope Girls Hope!

The Learning Center is buzzing with activity as the first day of school is here!

• Scholars are ready with new uniforms and school supplies to ensure a successful school year. Arriving equipped for the school day helps scholars feel confident in their ability to function in the classroom.
• Welcome to our new 6th graders as they begin their 11-year journey with BHGH to a college degree.
• Back to School meetings set expectations and goals for a successful school year. Meetings provide scholars and their parents an opportunity to connect with staff and ask questions.
• A HUGE thank you to all who supported the BHGH School Supply drive this year! Your generosity allows BHGH to also provide school supplies for scholar siblings.

Scottsdale Saguaros support BHGH with $70,000 grant!!

Since 1999, the Saguaros have donated over $1.6 million in support of the BHGH mission to nurture and guide motivated young people in need to become well-educated, career-ready men and women for others. We are also grateful for their personal involvement with BHGH scholars. Club members are mentors, volunteers and they host the Annual BHGH Costume Contest at Halloween! Scholar creativity on display!

BHGH scholar Matt participated in the summer Creighton Creatives supported by the Creighton Community Foundation. The program's goal was to inspire the youth of Central Phoenix to tell their own story; to find the beauty in their own city; to see a more imaginative world through their own eyes. Participants turned discarded trash into beauty, bringing new imagination to things that were once thrown away. Way to go Matt!
