Boys Hope Girls Hope of Arizona's new Executive Director

BHGH volunteers, donors, scholars, families and partners:

I've had the privilege to partner with many organizations in my career and have seen the tremendous impact that they bring. One of my first assignments was to revitalize a community center and launch an afterschool program in Appalachia.

I have seen firsthand the transformational power that takes place when education-based community partnerships are established. Fast forward twenty years later, and I found myself with the opportunity to join the Boys Hope Girls Hope team and am thoroughly impressed with the wrap around services we provide our scholars and collegians.

I love this quote by George Washington Carver: "Education is the key that unlocks the golden door to freedom".

That is my hope and prayer for our scholars, that they unlock their potential and impact the world around them. I look forward to working with all of our current and future partners to make that happen.

Birdies For Charity was designed by the PGA to allow local participating nonprofits of the tournament to generate contributions for their organization based on the number of birdies made by PGA TOUR players during the WM Phoenix Open. Donors may also give a one-time donation to BHGH of Arizona. BHGH receives every single penny of collected pledges and donations!

Pledge Example: If you pledge to donate $0.01 for each birdie made, and there were 1500 birdies during the tournament, your donation will be $15. If you pledge $0.02 per birdie, your donation will be $30.
