There have been recent NC Utilities Commission (NCUC) filings for Docket A-41 Sub 21 (Request for Determination of Public Utility Status for Parking and Barge) and Docket A-41 Sub 22 (Application for transfer of Common Carrier Certificate). Community Potluck Dinner with BHI Conservancy's Paul Hillbrand

Monday, February 13, 2023

6:00pm

Join us for the next Community Potluck Dinner on Monday, February 13, 2023, at 6:00pm, featuring BHI Conservancy's Paul Hillbrand, Sea Turtle Biologist. Paul will speak at 7:15pm to discuss new research findings about the BHI sea turtles.

CPR Class

Tuesday, February 14, 2023

Registration Deadline Is Tomorrow!

Bald Head Association and the Village of BHI's Public Safety Department are teaming up to offer a CPR class on Tuesday, February 14, from 9:30-11:30am at the Public Safety Building. The class is limited to 20 people, and you must pre-register with Betsi Stephen by February 10. Sign up with Betsi at BetsiStephen@gmail.com.

Yoga Classes

Ongoing ~ Mondays and Wednesdays

11:45am-1:15pm

Yoga classes taught by Pam Moulin are held in BHA's Association Center (111 Lighthouse Wynd) on Mondays and Wednesdays, 11:45am-1:15pm.

Pam has 35 years of experience as a fitness instructor and 18 years of experience as a yoga instructor, and she's been teaching yoga on Bald Head Island for 12 years. All levels are welcome. Classes are $20, and participants must bring their own yoga mat. Pam requires that all participants show proof of vaccination against Covid-19. For all new participants, it's strongly suggested to email Pam beforehand (and let her know of any physical limitations) at pammoulin@ec.rr.com.

Monthly BHA Board Meetings

BHA's Board of Directors invites property owners and others to view its monthly public meetings remotely via Zoom. Board meetings are typically held the second Friday of each month beginning at 11:00am EDT. Agendas, approved minutes of previous meetings and a link to the current monthly Zoom meeting can be found on the meeting information web page. Click on the link below to learn more.

The BHA Board will hold its annual retreat on February 10, 2023. The next BHA Board meeting public session is scheduled for Friday, March 10, 2023, at 11:00am at BHA's Association Center (111 Lighthouse Wynd).
