It is extremely rare that both teams would be playing in same gym on same day in 1^st round of districts. BOTH teams have had very successful seasons and these student-athletes can use all of the support and encouragement to continue through districts.

Spring Club Sports

Club Sports are a valuable part of BHS but are not WIAA (WA Interscholastic Activities Association) sanctioned sports. Team funding comes from players, families and donors, instead of SPS and WIAA.

Join the Ballard HS Girls Ultimate Team for the Spring Season! We are a fun group of players and value friendship, competition, and Spirit of the Game. The Girls Spring Season runs Feb 28 - May 27 with practices and games occurring during the school week after school. Find more info and register at the Ballard Ultimate website. Email

Girls Lacrosse

Ballard High School Girls Lacrosse Club is a NO-CUT athletic opportunity for athletes attending BHS or living in the BHS reference area if their school does not have a women’s lacrosse team. The BHS Girls Lacrosse Club espouses the basic values of sportsmanship, respect and healthy competition. Visit the Ballard Girls LAX website to learn more about the program as well as registration information for both Varsity/JV. Tryouts begin Feb 28.

Boys Lacrosse Registration for the 2022 Boys Lacrosse Season is OPEN!

The 2022 Season will begin on Mon, Feb 28. Practices will typically be held from 8:30-10:00 pm weeknights, M-F at the Ballard High School Field.
