Monterey Jazz Festival
held in Monterey, California!

Important & Urgent Trip Timeline

A $400 down payment is due by NEXT THURSDAY, FEB 1st  with the second $400 balance due before March 1.    Pay on-line at the BPA Website > Boosters > Forms and Payments or checks can be made out to BPA.  Don't miss this deadline!

The cost of the Monterey Jazz Festival Trip (March 8 - 11) is $800 per person (students & chaperones) and includes the following:
  1. Round trip airfare on Alaska Airlines departing Thurs, March 8th, 8:59 am and returning Sunday, March 11th, 6:50 pm
  2. 3 nights at Casa Munras Hotel
  3. Round trip motor coach shuttle to/from airport & hotel, including gratuities
  4. An allowance for 2 Group dinners (Louie Linguini's and Benihana), aquarium pass, and Festival t-shirt
  5. $600 oversized instrument allowance
URGENT:   Parents/Guardians please join us on this trip & get "festival admission" too!  We need 4 chaperones.  Please contact us to volunteer ASAP   as we need chaperone names & birthdates for the flight roster due on Feb 1st .

Note: Students need to bring enough spending money for 3 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 1 dinner, snacks and souvenirs.

Thurs, March 1 | Final Trip Payment of $400.00 due. Pay on-line or check to BPA.

Thurs, March 8 | Depart for Monterey, California. 

Sun, March 11 | Return to BHS.
