Digital Film Students Honored With Awards of Excellence at the Northwest High School Film Festival (NWHSFF)

Last week all of our Ballard HS Film Production Classes went to the Annual NW HS Film Festival. Schools from Tacoma to Bellingham participate in this festival. This year our talented students won 3 Awards of Excellence in the following categories and an additional 6 were awarded Honorable Mention.

CONGRATULATIONS Spring Athletics & Club Sports!


The Ballard HS Boys Baseball Team has made school history by being the first BHS Baseball Team to make it to the State Semifinals, after also having won their first Metro 3A title in 30 years finishing with a Co-Third Trophy. King 5 News feature on the team!


In addition Softball Fastpitch, Soccer and Boys Golf made it to State. Boys Lacrosse also made it to State and we have about 20 athletes that participated in the Track State Championships.
