Welcome Back to School Wednesday, Sept. 4th!

All students are welcome back to school on Wednesday, Sept. 4 (not an early-release day)!


  • Ninth graders and all new-to-Ballard students: Arrive at 8:30 am to pick up schedules. Orientation starts at 8:50 am.
  • Returning students: Arrive at 12:10 p.m. for lunch. Returning students can view their schedules on the source.

Picture Day is the First Week of School!!

School pictures will be taken Thursday and Friday, September 5–6! This picture will be used for:


  • STUDENT ID/ASB CARD
  • YEARBOOK: Smile and look your best! (Seniors may choose a different photo for the yearbook.)
  • DISTRICT RECORDS: No hats, sunglasses, etc.
  • YOUR PERSONAL USE: Share with friends and family!

School Meal Changes for the 2024–25 School Year

SPS has launched MySchoolBucks, an online platform that will allow families to pay for school meals. Meals can be paid for with a credit card online at MySchoolBucks and requires the Student’s ID number to create an account. The Student ID number can be found on The Source

 

Please note: Any funds remaining on a student’s PayPams meal account from last school year will be automatically transferred over to the new system. More information.
