Happy New Year Senior Families!

Welcome to 2016 and the last few months of your senior's high school experience. Believe it or not, graduation is right around the corner
and is time to start thinking about Senior SPREE.
What is Senior SPREE?   Senior SPREE has been a Ballard High School tradition for many years - it is an all night party hosted by Grad Nights and chaperoned by BHS parents and staff.  Past venues include the Family Fun Center, the Pacific Science Center, and Rainforest Café.  Past activities include, bowling, video games, sumo wresting, henna artists, DJ's, a hypnotist and, of course, LOTS and LOTS of FOOD!!

This year will be our 25th annual Senior SPREE.   Our previous graduating seniors have loved this party and appreciated the chance to spend one final night together. The Senior SPREE is an opportunity to give our young people a wonderful memory, keep them safe, continue a tradition, and provide them a stress-free celebration.

We keep exact details a secret - we want our seniors to be surprised!  Want to learn more and see what past years have been like?   Click here, and log in with user name:   2016BallardSenior and password  Beavers018.
Why Senior SPREE?   Senior SPREE is an alcohol and drug-free event and a safe alternative to the drinking and driving from party to party that often takes place graduation night.

As a rite of passage, graduation night is unequaled in the eyes of our kids. It is a night to be proud, to celebrate past achievements, and to look forward to the future. Your graduates have taken the first steps into the territory of adulthood and are ready to rejoice in their successes. Unfortunately, this celebration can often have severe consequences. In the past, graduation parties involving drugs and alcohol have left some graduating seniors with embarrassing memories at best and, at worst, trouble with the law or physical harm to themselves or others.
