BHSD Fee Schedule
. All claims with a
submit date
after July 1, 2018
will adhere to this new fee schedules. Changes have been made to align the Non-Medicaid Fee Schedule more closely with the Medicaid Fee Schedule.
New services added for BHSD include:

H2000 Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Team Evaluation
·
H2011 with the U4 Modifier Crisis Intervention-Stabilization
·
H0049 Alcohol/Drug Screening
·
H0050 Alcohol/Drug Service, Brief Intervention
Services removed from the BHSD Fee Schedule include:
· 0114, 0134, 0144, and H0038 U8
A new version of the Claims Billing Guide has been posted to bhsdstar.org Manuals & Guides tab. Please refer to this document for all rules pertaining to Non-Medicaid claims submission.
Vendors submitting Non-Medicaid claims are required to enter/update their staff and staff licensure/credentials in their bhsdstar Vendor Registration. Licensure is required for most claims services.
Vendors should reference the Medicaid Program for information on services covered by Medicaid and Non-Medicaid.
