BIA-LAV has learned that the City of Moorpark's Planning Division services are not currently available, that the Building and Safety Department is processing permits and plan checks only for applications received before March 19, and not issuing new building permits until the shelter in place order is lifted.
When we learned of this, we immediately reached out to the City to begin working with them to resolve the issue. You can read our letter to the Council
