On March 3rd the City of Palmdale will be considering an Art Ordinance that will place a 1% project valuation fee on residential development for the creation of art. BIA-LAV has been working with City staff to convey concerns and suggestions on behalf of our members. BIA-LAV will be sending a formal letter to the Council and staff next week.
