NAHB Legal Win Allows PPP Loans to be Forgiven
Following a recent legal victory, all members of the NAHB who received a Paycheck Protection Program loan over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic can apply to have their loan forgiven, regardless of whether it was made in contravention of the Small Business Administration’s eligibility rules.

As with any other business that received PPP money, loans may be forgiven in full if they were spent on qualifying expenses, such as payroll, rent/mortgage, and utilities.

SBA has launched a streamlined application portal for borrowers with loans of $150,000 or less.
