| | | CenterState CEO opened the INSPYRE Innovation Hub in downtown Syracuse, unveiling a $32 million, multi-story facility that it positions as the largest business incubator in New York and among the top five in the United States. The expansion converted the former Tech Garden into a next-generation platform for founders, with a two-story addition, an expanded hardware and prototyping space, a 5,000-square-foot roof terrace, state-of-the-art coworking areas, and room for 35 additional resident startups. | | |

Manage the administration of economic development incentives (grants and loans) specifically during the funding disbursement process for projects undertaken by businesses and organizations such as municipalities, not-for-profits, small businesses, and community development organizations.

Under the general direction of the Regional Director, originate and manage programs to assist with business retention, growth and start up in the Southern Tier Region (STR).
Provide superior customer service on behalf of ESD to businesses and employers within the region. Acting as an expert, resource, and primary outreach person for ESD, coordinating activities, and taking a lead role in performing project reviews, analysis and evaluation of business expansion, develop and implement proactive policies and projects within the assigned area(s).
