BIC colleagues swapped desks for dirt when they volunteered at A Space to Grow, a community garden near St Peter's Church in Sunderland. Over two days, the team came together to tackle painting, cleaning, weeding, and watering - giving back to the city we all care so much about.

Business Adviser Debbie Simpson shared: "With the sun blazing overhead, we tackled towering weeds, wrestled some seriously spiky prickles, and made a real dent in the overgrowth. It was sweaty, scratchy and so totally satisfying. It reminded me how important it is to step outside our usual routines, connect with our communities, and support green spaces that bring people together."
