Space to Think

If you’ve not been to the BIC recently, you’re in for a lovely surprise! The atrium area – the very heart of our community – has had a total transformation. New seating, lighting and furnishings have created a more relaxed, calm and sociable space. But the renovations are about more than good looks alone.  Our design decisions have been driven by the desire of our tenants to collaborate more. Not only does the atrium and café area now offer more flexibility, our coworking facility has also been relocated to this connected space. Click here to see the new look or why not pop in for a cuppa? We’d love to see you.

Hands up if you love a pop-up! We love to give a platform to local makers, bakers, crafters and sellers of all varieties. We regularly turn our atrium area into a mini marketplace to help support small and young businesses and to give a retail opportunity to our tenants.

Plus, there’s nothing like the smell of fresh-out-the-oven goodies to bring a bit of magic to those milestone dates in the calendar like Valentine’s Day and Christmas.

Fancy popping up a stall yourself? Pop in to reception or drop us a line.
