Space to Think

The word ‘change’ can conjure up thoughts of fear, dread and apprehension, which can often deter us from exploring new opportunities. I mean, let’s face it, we all want an easy life, don’t we? But change is a constant in the workplace. Having worked for several organisations over the years wearing a number of different hats, I’ve had great insight into this. My ability to adapt was put to the test recently though when faced with a major shake-up of the way I work, where I work, who I work with, and what I work on. How have I coped?
