Hi friends! We hope you are having a great week! We've had some amazing deliveries lately and are so happy to see so many of you coming in to the shop to check everything out. Hopefully you saw our posts on Instagram of all the JunkYarn that arrived (see pictures below) and especially of our custom colorway, Terra. We love the dyer of JunkYarn, Kemper, and are blown away by the incredible box of fibery goodness she sent us.

We want to remind everyone of our next BIG EVENT happening this Saturday, September 18th here at Skein... We are introducing our first exclusive collection with Jake from Kenyarn inspired by our favorite romantic comedies! Jake dyes Kenyarn right here in Rhode Island and we feel so lucky to have this talented fiber artist in such close proximity to the shop. Follow him on Instagram @isthatkenyarn. Jake will be here in the store from 10AM-1PM on Saturday, 9/18 so you can come meet him and shop! These 8 colorways are stunningly beautiful and you will only be able to purchase them here at Skein. So excited to see you all on Saturday!

Shop Policies

• Ball winding at Skein Yarn Shop is complimentary. Please note that there may be times when we are too busy to wind your yarn at the time of your purchase. When that occurs, you can leave your yarn at the shop and we will have it wound within three business days. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Reminder: There is no ball winding during special events, such as trunk shows.

• Return/Exchange Policy: You may return yarn in its original condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. "Original condition" means that the yarn has not been wound and that the packaging (wrap) has not been damaged in any way. Within 31-90 days of purchase, you may exchange your yarn for credit or another product. Please note: Any yarn purchased at trunk shows is final sale. Knitting needles, crochet hooks and notions are also final sale. If you have a damaged item, of course, we will work with you to resolve the situation on an individual basis.

• We LOVE to have our customers come to the shop to sit and knit or crochet for free. Our only request is that when doing so, please work on a project that was purchased in our shop. We greatly appreciate your consideration.
