CALLING ALL!! The BBBSSAZ Mentor 2.0 program at Apollo Middle School is urgently seeking 24 mentors to sign up and make a positive difference in the lives of students. As a mentor, you will have the opportunity to provide guidance, support, and encouragement to these young individuals, helping them thrive in their academic and personal lives.

Hard Hat Tours!

We will soon begin hosting regular “hard hat tours” of our new facilities! If you haven’t seen our new home, or would like to invite others to learn more about our Big Future, make plans to stop by for a tour! Once you step inside the shell of our new Scott and Jennifer Lehman Mentoring Activity Center, you will see the endless possibilities ahead for our Bigs and Littles. Tours are scheduled at 4 PM on Tuesdays and 8:30 AM on Thursdays starting 10/24 and through the end of November.

Fundraising Progress

The Lehman’s gift brings our total fundraising for the Big Futures Campaign to $2,392,300! Thank you to everyone whose generosity has gotten us this far. With the confirmation of our lead community gift, we are confident of our ability to reach our goal and will be actively inviting folks to come see our new property and join us in making our vision a reality.

El Tour Brunch Series

JOIN US Saturday November 11th at Reforma in St. Phillips Plaza for our BBBSSA El Tour Social Brunch Series that will continue every 2nd Saturday into November!

Reforma graciously hosts us on their covered outdoor patio and provides each attendee one complimentary beverage.

Reforma has also pledged to donate a portion of any food and non-alcoholic beverages purchased during the social brunch!

We want to give a big shoutout to The Polder Group and EXP Realty for selecting BBBSSAZ as the beneficiary for the annual Trunk or Treat 2023 event! Our team and matches had a blast volunteering and interacting with all the spooky costumes and creative trunk displays. We appreciate the support and generosity from these amazing organizations, and look forward to continuing our partnership in empowering Arizona's youth through mentoring.

Big thanks to the Rotary Club of Tucson and their Tucson Classics Car show for making Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Arizona one of their beneficiaries. Our team, along with our matches, came out and volunteered at the event, and it was a blast! We appreciate the generosity and support from the community, and we can't wait to continue our partnerships in the future.
