CALLING ALL!! The BBBSSAZ Mentor 2.0 program at Tucson High and Apollo Middle School is urgently seeking 40 mentors to sign up and make a positive difference in the lives of students. As a mentor, you will have the opportunity to provide guidance, support, and encouragement to these young individuals, helping them thrive in their academic and personal lives.

We are delighted to announce that our Diamond Jubilee Gala Dinner and Auction was a resounding success! Big Gala 2023 raised a staggering $209,518! An impressive $82,829 of the funds came from Matchmaker, which includes an additional generous $25,000 match from Scott & Jennifer Lehman.

The event was attended by more than 400 glittering guests who generously supported Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Arizona. We could not be more pleased with the outcome and would like to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed to making this fundraiser such an outstanding success.

It brings us immense pleasure to share with you that Scott & Jennifer Lehman have wholeheartedly given their BIG support to our upcoming youth mentoring center. At our Diamond Jubilee Gala, we announced Scott and Jennifer Lehman as our Lead community donors who have generously pledged $300,000 towards our Capital Campaign.



This groundbreaking contribution is a testament to their commitment towards the growth and development our community's youth, and we're truly grateful for their support in creating a better future for our youth and their future.

We are moving, this month! We are excited to share that our administrative staff is moving over to our NEW campus located at 2552 N Alvernon Way AND we are in the planning stages to begin the build out of our NEW Activity Center.

We are extremely grateful to the Rotary Club of Tucson, Big Brother Alex Oberman, Tucson Police Department, South Tucson Fire Department and Pima Community College for their generous assistance in hosting a Career Fair for our Mentor 2.0 students at Tucson High School.



The event was a great success, providing our students with valuable insights about career opportunities and important skills they need to succeed in today's job market. Thanks to all of the participants for their commitment to supporting our youth and investing in the future of our community. Your partnership is truly appreciated!

Tour De Tucson is NOT just for cyclists! You can join Team Defenders as a 5K Walk/Run participant!

The 5k Walk/Run is open to all ages and abilities every finisher receiving a souvenir medallion as they cross the finish line. You can walk the 3.1-mile Downtown course or you can run it!
