Hello TSE Team,

It is my honor to announce the promotion of Noel Yowell to General Manager of Arkansas. In this new role, he will be overseeing TSE operations and sales of our great state of Arkansas.

Noel started his career in the automotive business 40 years ago as an engine rebuilder for Flightline Engine’s and then went on to work for Greenlight Auto, Big-A Auto Parts, and Crow Burlingame Auto Parts. Noel started in sales in 1989 and became an outside salesperson in 1991. Noel is also involved with the volunteer fire department in his local community. Just last month he retired as the Fire Chief for the EMP Rural fire department after serving in that capacity for the past 20 years.

In 2012, I approached Noel and asked if he would help me build the hard parts side of our business.  He accepted the challenge and along with his support and the teamwork of the great employees of TSE, we have built this company to what it is today!

I'm excited to have Noel move into this bigger role. He's done a great job as Territory Sales Manager for hard parts for several years, leading the hard parts sales teams in Arkansas and assisting in Texas as needed. Working with a larger team and getting to know other areas of Tri-State should be an easy transition for Noel. I'm sure the Tri-State team will assist him with learning additional processes that will be needed to grow in this new position. We all look forward to seeing him take on this new position and work together to grow this great company!
