We have been looking at some new Canadian hair products to introduce to you! We feel the move to carry ONLY local/Canadian/brands that do not ship from the US in our salon at this time is best aligned with our mission and values here at JOY.

Did you know...
*Our Boutique items (make up, hair accessories, jewelry, clothing, gift items, bath and body products are ALL purchased from Canadian makers (and the businesses are mostly woman and POC owned)
*MINT and ARIA hair tools were born and are headquartered right here in Vancouver (and we will be bringing in dryers from these brands)
*Olivia Garden Brushes are born in Belgium and manufactured in Germany
*Our chosen hair colour is from the UK (manufactured in Italy)
*Our Kevin Murphy hair products are manufactured in Australia (as well as our NEW Odesse and Solid State perfumes/colognes)
*We only do business with brands that commit to making positive impacts on our World through their socially and globally conscious efforts
We will continue to carry Monat products (owned by an American immigrant family) because they have announced that they themselves will absorb any tariffs put onto their products entering Canada. What's even more important is that they employ a very large number of Canadians in their Ontario based warehouse/call center and use Canada Post for shipping.
