BioME Legislative Reception Recap
Earlier this month BioME held our annual BioME Legislative Reception at Maple Hill Farm Inn & Conference Center in Hallowell. Members of bioscience community of Maine had a chance to connect with newly elected state representative and senators at this popular event. Thank you all for coming and helping us educate policy makers on matters important for the industry in Maine.

5th Annual Maine Science Festival (March 13-17, 2019) they are expanding to
FIVE days of events and activities: forums, workshops, hands-on activities, films, talks, and exhibits. At the MSF, the organizers dissect, explore and celebrate remarkable science, engineering, mathematics, innovation, and technology happening in Maine every day.

Don't miss out on the
fourth Annual 2019
University of Maine Student Symposium.
This symposium highlights undergraduate and graduate student research and creative activities from a variety of academic disciplines, including bio-engineering and bio-sciences. Students will showcase their work through
posters, exhibits, performances, and oral presentations. This is a great way for the community to get a deeper look into UMaines academic programs.
This event will provide UMaine students with the opportunity to have face-to-face engagement with potential employees and future community leaders and interact with over 2,000 expected attendees.
