2022 BIST Leadership Conference Attracts School Leaders from Across the Midwest
Held on January 21 & 22, the annual BIST Leadership Conference (BLC) brought together school leaders from Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, and Nebraska. This years' theme was "Enhancing Our Vision, Creating Community" and centered around helping educators develop a vision for staff unity and impacting students at the highest level possible. The conference was led by Marty Huitt, BIST director, and the BIST team.

They helped guide educators through exercises focused on leading with relationship (grace) and problem-solving to learn and grow (accountability) while partnering with students. Thank you to everyone who attended!
