  On December 8, 2010, the Department of Veterans Affairs hosted a National Forum on Ending Homelessness among Veterans in Washington, DC. At this event, the Secretary introduced the Ending Homelessness Among; Veterans working Five –Year Working Plan initiative which directed the Veterans Health Administration’s Under Secretary for Health to serve as VA`s lead integrator in developing synchronized plans related to the mission to end and prevent homelessness among Veterans. As one of the 153 Veterans hospitals in our nation, the Michael E.
