The class of 2018 celebrated its commencement on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at St. Teresa of Avila church.
Our commencement speaker was alumnus Ryan Emmanuel, BJP Class of 2013. As a student at BJP, Ryan earned honors every marking period, and BJP honors 7 times. After graduating, Ryan went on to Cristo Rey New York where he continued to earn honors. While in high school, he participated in Minds Matter, a college access program, was president of the Modern Improv. Music Association, co-captain for the baseball team for three seasons, and continued to come back to BJP to volunteer both in the classroom tutoring students and helping lead sports and activities. Ryan just finished his freshman year at Fordham University's School of Business, receiving a full ride scholarship through the HEOP program. Thank you Ryan for inspiring our graduates.
