Welcome to the March e-update from the EMEA Region. Whilst the focus might have switched from the impacts of lockdown to the easing or even removal of restrictions, we now have the tragic events unfolding in Ukraine. Whilst we all try to do what little we can – and every kindness counts – those efforts will likely fall short of what is required and the impacts on the people of Ukraine and those surrounding will continue for some time to come.
On a brighter note, planning continues for our Athens Conference in June. The team in Athens are really looking forward to seeing us all; I know they will look after us well. Please do book and reserve using the links below. I will continue to release information and I can confirm we have an exciting list of speakers for the conference – more to follow.
Finally, you will see that we have started work on the BKRI Strategy with a survey going out to members separately. This is your chance to influence the BKRI direction with more discussion at the Regional Conference. Please do contribute.
