Worldwide AGM Votes Due by October 27
Due to the pandemic, we have cancelled the 2020 Worldwide Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held in Amsterdam. In lieu of an in person meeting, the Worldwide Board has opted to ask our member firms to vote electronically on five key issues. Each member firm will be asked to approve the new legal structure for each of the regions. These legal structures have been approved by the respective regions at their regional annual general meetings earlier this year. In addition, each member firm will be asked to approve this year's audited financial statements, as well as nominees for the Worldwide Board.
You will be sent all of the appropriate documents in early October, along with a link for each item requiring a vote. All votes must be submitted on or before the end of business on October 27.
