Happy New Year yogi friends! We hope that you have been soaking up this glorious sunshine - and enjoying lots of time to relax, go adventuring and spend time outdoors with family and friends.


If you didn't know already we have moved into a year of the '8' - which in numerology represents a year of infinite opportunities. And whether you're big into numerology or not, an infinite year sounds rather appealing.


In theme with infinite possibilities - we have an array of events and new classes that may sync well as you move into 2015 with goals to set, intentions to manifest, and things to learn and share. Just like you we are always curious to learn more, research more, and inspire more ... so hold onto your yoga mats ladies and gentlemen, this is going to be a super fun year and we look forward to sharing it with you.

Please note we have made a few tweaks to some of the Kundalini weekend class times, to create consistency across the timetable.

We are also super excited to announce NEW 45min Mindfulness and Meditation weekly courses launch in February. These will be run as block courses from 8.30pm - 9.15pm - and are a great opportunity to learn more about ways to introduce meditation to your busy everyday lifestyle.

YOGA BASICS - Intro to Yoga

You have no idea how many people comment to us that they 'don't want to come to yoga until they are good at it'. Or that they 'want to start off properly'. 


Let's be honest - every single one of us has experienced those first few classes where the teacher asks you to move into a downward dog - and you're wondering what, how, why?!?!


If this sounds familiar then this course is for you - it will cover all the basics you will need to know: posture, when to breathe, history and more - so you can come to class feeling confident you will know how to move. 


After that it's all just commitment, time and patience that allows our bodies to become supple, strong, release tension and blocks, stretch and grow.


Taught by senior teacher, Jennifer Allen, you can rest assured that you will learn everything you need to know to gain confidence on and off your mat.
