March 29, 2025 (Lakeland, FL)—SUN ‘n FUN Aerospace Expo is excited to announce that Stacy Campbell-Domineck, President and CEO of CareerSource Polk, was selected as the Key Influencer by the US Navy Blue Angels. She will fly with Blue Angel #7 MAJ. Scott Laux on the F/A-18 Super Hornet on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 during the 2025 SUN ‘n FUN Expo. The Key Influencer is an individual who has demonstrated exemplary community service and dedication to youth development. The Key Influencer has made significant and lasting impacts on the prosperity of the community.

Mrs. Campbell-Domineck has been instrumental in providing job and career preparation for adults and youth, ensuring a successful future for many. Over the past 20 years, she and her team have connected countless adults with job training and employment opportunities and young residents with internships, volunteer activities, and job placement. She works with hundreds of employers across Polk County to ensure adults and young people have opportunities to gain knowledge and skills for their success. Moreover, she works with municipal chambers of commerce and economic development councils to stay attuned to industry needs for workforce; she aligns employers’ needs with the job training and upskilling she facilitates for the potential labor pool.

Mrs. Campbell-Domineck runs several impactful programs for youth through her leadership of CareerSource Polk; she and her team have prepared and placed nearly 6,000 young people into summer work experiences via the Summer Youth Internship Program, providing them with knowledge and exposure to potential career opportunities. In addition, Mrs. Campbell-Domineck founded The Gentleman’s Institute as an opportunity to learn essential life skills through workshops on leadership, teamwork, communication, and financial literacy among other topics.

Mrs. Campbell-Domineck serves on several boards, including Early Learning Coalition, Lakeland Regional Health, Lakeland Housing Authority, Haines City Economic Development Council, Heartland for Children, The Agricultural & Labor Program, Inc. (ALPI), and Polk County Citizens’ HealthCare Oversight Committee. She is also an active member of the Lakeland Rotary Club. She received the 2021 ATHENA Leadership Award for her excellence, service, and support of young women's success and the Non-Profit of the Year in 2022.
