We are monitoring the news and we want to assure you that your health and safety is our first priority.
We have had a lot of calls and emails asking whether the festival is happening and we are happy to assure you the answer is YES.
The advice we adhere to, and the most effective way to combat the virus, is frequent hand washing, no handshaking and avoid touching your face. We have a wide open air pavilion so air will be circulating well and not stagnant. Our permanent bathrooms will be fully stocked with hot water and soap. We will have some hand sanitizer, kleenex and disinfecting wipes at the front gate and shirt table.
Since you bring your own chairs, please make sure you have cleaned them prior to arrival. Please, if you sneeze or cough, cover your face. While we know sneezing and coughing comes from other sources other than the flu, some people around you may not realize this. We ask that everyone be considerate and respectful of your neighbor. Please be sure to bring your own hand sanitizer as well. We trust that everyone in attendance will take the necessary precautions for themselves and others.
It is going to be a great festival! We look forward to seeing everyone there!
Thank you,
Greg Herndon & Paul Benjamin
