From Your Counselors:

Dear Bishop Manogue,

With these ever-changing circumstances and global uncertainty, feelings of stress and anxiety can arise. The mental health of our students is just as important as physical health. We will be available via email, phone, and Google Meet (Hangout) for assistance. Please email us directly and we can set up a voice or video call if needed.

If any member of our community is in distress, we have also made available the state-issued tool, Safe Voice. SafeVoice is an anonymous tip report system with live response 24/7/365. Safevoice (SV) includes and goes beyond bullying to create an anonymous way to also report threats of school violence and friends at risk of suicide, self-harm, drugs and more. For further information or to access SafeVoice, visit: http://safevoicenv.org/

We also encourage you to follow the @manoguecounseling Instagram account for daily motivation and self-care tips. We wish you peace in this transition and are here for you.

Sincerely,

Your Counselors
